50 Year Reunion Questionnaire Response:

To be honest, I have had a pretty ordinary life. I attended Brother Rice High School and was in the honors program with Bill Quinn, Dan Schramm, John Knipper, and Jerry Donahue.
There were quite a few of us who attended Rice. After Graduation, I attended Loyola University in Chicago and got my B.A. in History and English. I taught at St. Lawrence High School and entered the Insurance/Financial Services business in 1969.

I met my wife, an Academy Of Our Lady graduate, in 1968. We were married in December of 1969. We have two daughters who attended Mother McAuley and went on to get their college degrees. Our grandson, Noah, just celebrated his First Communion in May of 2008.
Norine and I are closing in on our 40th wedding anniversary.

As the result of a reduction in force lay off in 1981, I was forced to transition into the sales side of the Financial Services business after spending two years as a housepainter/handyman. I eventually opened my own office in the Beverly neighborhood which I had for five years.
I was disabled by a near fatal heart episode and until recently the doctors discouraged returning to work. Given the current economic conditions, I elected to return to my Financial Services practice on a limited basis. I moved from the Beverly Area to the west edge of Oak Forest about 31/2 years ago.

I look forward to seeing all of you at the Reunion.
